Danielle Allen is the founder and Chief Financial Strategist of Royalty Accounting Firm — and she built this firm because she's lived the entrepreneurial journey herself.

Her path to entrepreneurship didn't start in a corner office. It started in corporate America, where she spent years serving the State of Florida in the Tax Administration department. That experience gave her a deep, inside understanding of how tax systems work — knowledge that most business owners never get access to, but now her clients do.

After years of watching businesses struggle with financial uncertainty from the other side of the table, Danielle felt called to do something different. Rooted in her faith, her family, and a genuine passion for seeing people win, she took everything she learned and built Royalty Accounting Firm — a place where entrepreneurs could finally get the guidance, strategy, and support they deserved.

Today, Danielle works closely with business owners to bring clarity to their finances, strengthen their profitability, and position them for long-term success. Her approach goes beyond the numbers — she makes sure her clients actually understand them, because an informed business owner is an empowered one.

Danielle Allen, our founder, spent years in the trenches of tax and finance, working across both the public and private sectors, including time with the Florida Department of Revenue. As a mother, entrepreneur, and driven professional, she saw up close the confusion and stress that everyday people and business owners deal with when it comes to taxes and money. That experience didn't just shape her skills — it shaped her purpose.

In 2016, she turned that purpose into action. Starting as Royalty Tax Service, the firm was small, personal, and built on one straightforward promise: treat every client with honesty, care, and excellence. Word spread. Needs grew. And Royalty grew with them.

Over time, the firm evolved from a tax prep service into a full-service accounting and advisory practice. Today, we work with entrepreneurs, professionals, nonprofits, and growing businesses right here in Jacksonville and across the country. What started as a family operation still feels like one — just bigger.
